NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Darrin Kelly for being named Democrat of the Year and for his Public Safety service to the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Wednesday, October 30, 2019 to be “Darrin Kelly Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
