Resolution amending Resolution No. 383, effective June 14, 2019, “Authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Developments Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program (GTRP) to provide funding for the renovation of multimodal trails located within South Side Park. The grant proposal includes an ask of $250,000.00 with a local match of $37,500.00 to be funded from the 2020 City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($287,500.00) dollars for this stated purpose” by adding the JDE JOB NO. and the actual grant amount.
