Resolution amending Resolution No. 384, effective June 14, 2019, “authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Developments Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program (GTRP) to provide funding for the planning of the renovation of the Pedestrian Tunnel located in Highland Park. The grant proposal includes an ask of $139,674.35 with a local match of $24,651.93 to be funded from the 2020 City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX DOLLARS AND TWENTY EIGHT CENTS ($164,326.28) for this stated purpose,” by adding the JDE JOB NO. and the actual grant amount.
