Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with Partner4Work for the shared operation and administration of the Workforce Development Fund for a period of two (2) years from the opening of the fund, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) and for the payment of the costs thereof.
