Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Commission to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with ConnectYourCare for services relating to the administration of the City of Pittsburgh’s Flexible Spending Account program and for a sum not to exceed Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($23,100.00) over three years and for the payment of the costs thereof.
