Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Commission to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with UPMC WorkPartners-LifeSolutions for services relating to the administration of the City of Pittsburgh’s Employee Assistance Program and for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) over three years and for the payment of the costs thereof.
