Resolution authorizing and directing the Pittsburgh City Controller to perform an audit of all contracts, agreements, and leases between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy (PPC), as well as the administering agencies, departments, authorities, and entities within the Controller’s jurisdiction to do so, pursuant to the powers outlined in the Home Rule Charter.
