Resolution authorizing the City Clerk and the Mayor to enter into an Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) and/or the use of existing Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with vendor(s) and/or consultant(s) for the purpose of renovation of certain space on the Fifth Floor of the City County Building. Cost shall not exceed Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00).
