Resolution amending Resolution No. 653 of 2018, authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an amended Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with InTime Solutions, Inc. for EMS and Police scheduling and timekeeping services at a total cost not to exceed EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE ($863,525).
