NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Doug Spencer and thank him for the work he has and continues to do on behalf of our residents; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Tuesday, December 3, 2019 to be “Doug Spencer Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
