Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into contract and hire consultant, LaQuatra Bonci Associates, to develop a master plan for Fort Pitt Park. The park master plan should be executed for a sum not to exceed Forty Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($45,000).
