Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into an Agreement(s) and Contract(s) with Openbox Design, LLC to assist the City to plan and develop a Community Visioning Study with the Department of City Planning and the East Hills and Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar communities and provide for the payment at a cost thereof not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand and Zero Cents ($200,000.00).
