NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby thank Darlene Harris for her service to the residents of the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Monday, December 30, 2019 to be “Darlene Harris Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
