Resolution amending Resolution No. 901, effective January 6, 2011, entitled “Resolution accepting the dedication by Urban Redevelopment authority of Pittsburgh of Parcel No. 1A (Technology Drive) in the Pittsburgh Technology Center Plan of Lots No. 2 in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes, accepting the grading, paving, street lighting, curbing, traffic signals, establishment of grades and fixing the width and position of roadway and sidewalks thereof” by accepting the adjustments to right of way as shown in revised Parcel No. 1A. (Council District 6).
