NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does recognize, celebrate and thank Katlyn, Lorraine and Rainy Days Hair salon for their willingness and commitment to improving everyone’s life in “back Arlington”; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, January 20th, 2020 to be “Rainy Days Hair Salon Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
