Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Finance, and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into Agreements of Sale with various property owners in the 17th Ward of the City in order to advance the Newton Street Project at a total cost not to exceed One Million One Hundred Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars ($1,104,657.00).
