Resolution authorizing and directing the City Controller to create a special trust fund, to be designated as the “Crossing Guards Special Events Trust Fund,” for the deposit of monies from crossing guards special events cost recovery, and authorizing the use of monies deposited therein by the Department of Public Safety to cover premium pay reimbursement for crossing guard personnel and administrative costs related to the aforementioned activities.
