Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title One: Administrative, Article VII: Procedures, Chapter 161.22: Debarment from Bidding on and Participating in City Contracts in order to change the requirement of an affidavit to be a certification which will simplify the contracting process and reduce costs to our suppliers by no longer requiring the document to be notarized.
