Resolution amending Resolution 837 of 2017 entitled “Authorizing and directing the City Controller to create a special trust fund to be designated as the Schenley Park Rink Trust Fund, for the purpose of depositing funds and expenditure of funds for any and all related expenses” to authorize the Department of Public Works Department of Parks and Recreation to utilize the trust fund.
