Resolution amending Resolution 510 of 2019 entitled “A Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreement, providing for the planning, design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies, operations, and / or the purchase of materials, equipment, and supplies in connection with the production of the Oakland Transportation Study and associated projects;” to provide for a specific payee and authorize entering into a contract for the Oakland Transportation Study.
