NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and congratulate Eagle Scout Quinn Reppe for his outstanding achievement of attaining the rank of Eagle Scout; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, March 4, 2020 to be “Quinn Andreas Reppe Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
