Resolution authorizing the taking, appropriating, and condemning by the City of Pittsburgh, for public roadway purposes certain property in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, owned by John & Gayle Elstner, located along Herndon Street, and authorizing the payment of just compensation and necessary and incidental acquisition costs related thereto, in the amount not to exceed Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).
