Resolution amending Resolution 749 of 2019, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution 655 of 2018, entitled ‘Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, allowing for compensation paid to PennDot of the local costs associated with the East Carson St. Supplemental Improvement Project being undertaken by PennDot, and further providing for payment of the cost not to exceed $690,737.35,’ by providing for certain contributions to be made by the City through separate legislative appropriations in a subsequent year in an amount not to exceed eight hundred eighty-six thousand one-hundred and sixty-two dollars and ninety-nine cents ($886,162.99),” in order to authorize expenditure and appropriation of the aforementioned amount not to exceed eight hundred eighty-six thousand one-hundred and sixty-two dollars and ninety-nine cents ($886,162.99).
