NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Michael Quinn upon his retirement and commend him for his courage, bravery, loyalty and sense of community during his service with the City of Pittsburgh Fire Bureau; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, April 1, 2020 to be “Mr. Michael Quinn Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
