Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (“PWSA”) to facilitate certain repairs to the cartway of 10th Street between Penn Avenue and Liberty Avenue.
