Resolution further amending Resolution No. 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2019 Capital Budget and the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2019 through 2024 Capital Improvement Program,” by increasing various Community Development Block Grant program line items to reflect the allocation of CDBG-COVID 19 funding and authorizing a subsequent Agreement or Agreements on behalf of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh.
