Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency’s Tree of Life Grant to reimburse the City for Public Safety overtime during the Tree of Life Incident and the Rosfeld Trial and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($1,500,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
