Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into a three (3) year Contract or Agreement with Esri, granting uncapped, citywide access to Esri’s products for all departments. To build and maintain a City authoritative system of record, make data-driven decisions, share information across departments, perform advanced analytics and share information with the public, to meet the needs of the City of Pittsburgh at a sum not to exceed Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000).
