Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Cozen O’Connor, One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant Street, 41st Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for professional legal services in connection with an employment related matter for an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand and No Cents ($15,000.00).
