Resolution amending Resolution No. 555 of 2019, effective September 12, 2019, entitled “Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Jewish Healthcare Foundation to provide administration and operating expenses, housing and housing related supportive services to persons with HIV/AIDS and their families, at a total cost not to exceed $1,071,974.00,” by increasing the not-to-exceed amount for a Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS line item Agreement or Agreements by $165,945 to $1,237,919 to reflect the allocation of federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding.
