Resolution further amending Resolution No. 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2019 Capital Budget and the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2019 through 2024 Capital Improvement Program,” by increasing the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS line item by $165,945 and Emergency Solutions Grant line item by $6,452,349 to reflect the allocation of federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding.
