Resolution amending Resolution No. 55 of 2018 authorizing the Mayor through the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding to plan and implement the creation of Financial Empowerment Centers Fund within the City of Pittsburgh and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed $20,000 dollars for this stated purpose. Amendment includes additional $60,000 for the Financial Empowerment Centers to hire an additional Financial Coach through Neighborhood Allies.
