Resolution authorizing the Mayor, as Chief Elected Official for the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into: 1) a Chief Elected Official and Local Workforce Development Partnership Agreement and 2) a Chief Elected Official and Fiscal Agent Agreement with Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board, Inc. (dba Partner4Work) and the Chief Elected Official of Allegheny County, Rich Fitzgerald.
