Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements with Mosites Construction Company (“Mosites”), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (“PennDOT”), and/or the Federal Highway Administration (“FHWA”) for work, settlement and/or final completion and acceptance of the Greenfield Bridge replacement project.
