Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the University of Pittsburgh’s Small Business Development Center, for training of, consultation with, and promotion of a curriculum aimed at developing skills for small business owners who do not yet do business with the City as part of the City’s required deliverables for our Living Cities grant. The total cost shall not exceed $30,000.00
