Resolution authorizing The Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned property in the 18th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 15-L, Lot 195 (111 Chalfont Street - Council District No. 3), at no cost to the City.
