Resolution providing for an amended reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering phase of the 28th Street Bridge construction project, and providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand ($1,220,000.00) dollars; reimbursable at ninety five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) dollars.
