Resolution amending Resolution 838 of 2019, which authorized the Mayor and Chief Equity Officer to execute relevant agreements with Neighborhood Allies to implement the creation of Financial Empowerment Centers within the City of Pittsburgh, by adding four additional years and increasing funding to offer the service through 2023 at a cost not-to-exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000).
