Resolution providing for a Professional Service Agreement with Big Picture Lab, LLC for video production services in an amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). Of the total cost, Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) will come from the HUD Trust Fund and Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) will come from the Commission’s Community Development Block Grant funding.
