Resolution authorizing the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the following Publicly-Owned properties in the 10th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 50-G, Lots 60, 62, 63, 65, 66, 68, 69, and 70, located on the north side of Rosetta Street west of North Pacific, and Block 50-K, Lots 172 and 173, located on the south side of Broad Street between North Millvale Avenue and North Winebiddle Street (Council District No. 9).
