Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Sublicense Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania State Police, to allow Public Safety personnel to utilize Traffic and Criminal Software (TraCS), at no cost to the City.
