Resolution authorizing pursuant to Chapter 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to accept a donation of professional services from Value Capture, LLC to provide education and coaching on Leader Learning in turbulent times via virtual sessions to include one-to-one and group sessions of pro-bono work over a (3) three month period, with an estimated value of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500), and further authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an agreement with Value Capture, LLC to set forth the terms of such services
