Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning, by increasing the total amount by Two Hundred thousand Dollars ($200,000) for a total not to exceed Eight Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($830,000.00) for continuing support of the JD Edwards ERP system.
