Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with OST, Inc. for short term emergency professional IT (Information Technology) staffing resources as needed to fulfill a number of critical IT and device related projects for a term of up to (1) one year at a cost not to exceed $200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents)
