Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with ReEngine Consulting for services relating to the conduct of a detailed analysis of the Bureau of Police and a redesign of business processes with the objective of more closely aligning processes with best practices of law enforcement and with new technology in the Bureau, for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Dollars ($181,000.00).
