Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh through the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, to enter into an Agreement with LORE PPA BKSQ3 Parcel B, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having an address at 712 Main Street, Suite 2500, Houston, Texas 77002 for the purposes of granting a perpetual, exclusive easement solely for the purpose installing and maintaining Signal Equipment on the properties.
