Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and Plaza at Grandview Owner’s Association at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($104,400).
