Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an agreement or agreements with LegalEdge Software for licensing and professional services relating to maintenance and support of the Department of Law's legal case management and administrative support software system at a cost not to exceed $207,200.00 (Two Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and No Cents) over a term of 5 years.
