Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City, enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Allegheny CleanWays and Operation Better Block for professional services in connection with the 2020 Pick Up PGH litter and dumping clean-up initiative and providing for payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00)
