Resolution providing for an agreement with Zottola Construction for construction services associated with the Allegheny Circle Phase 2 construction project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Six Hundred and Thirty Eight Thousand ($2,638,000.00) dollars.
